Support

Need help with SocialCourts? Browse common questions about clubs, session links, participant lists, waitlists, and host tools.

1. Getting Started

Players: Open the shared session link from your host, sign in, and join or cancel from the session page. Hosts can create anonymous participants when they manage the roster manually.

Hosts: Sign in, create a club, configure hosted days, capacity, registration opening time, and fixed players, then share the active upcoming session link with your group.

2. Frequently Asked Questions

Do players need an account?

Yes. Players need an account to join or cancel their own session registration. Hosts can still create anonymous participants when managing the roster manually.

How does the waitlist work?

Confirmed spots fill by join order until the session reaches capacity. Extra players move to the waitlist and keep their order if a confirmed player cancels.

What are fixed players?

Fixed players are regular participants that the host can configure. When a session opens, they are added using the same capacity and waitlist rules as everyone else.

Which link should I share with players?

Use the active upcoming session link from your club or host view. That link keeps the group focused on the current session instead of a long chat thread.

3. Account and data

If you cannot sign in to a host account, confirm that you are using the same login method you used when creating it. For account deletion or data questions, contact support from the email address tied to your account.

4. Troubleshooting

  • If a session link does not load, refresh the page and confirm that the host shared the latest upcoming session link.
  • If you see the wrong club or session, ask the host to copy the link again from the current club page.
  • If join or cancel actions feel stuck, try another browser or disable extensions that block scripts.
  • When contacting support, include the club name, session date, page URL, and what you expected to happen.
